
Featuring a state-of-the-art media broadcast and presentation studio, the Karen H. Bechtel and William M. Osborne III Media Auditorium is perfect for simulcasts, video streams, or live virtual interaction with groups all over the world. Located on the second floor of the Hall of Democracy, this rental space includes fully integrated videoconferencing capabilities and functions as the epicenter of the Museum's digital content production.

Audio-Visual Capabilities
All program requests, setup needs, and media need to be finalized and delivered to A/V department 72 hours before event. Testing of media received after this 72-hour period is not guaranteed and you run the risk of not having time to make corrections. No further changes can be made once the event has started.
