Cory Graff, Curator & Restoration Manager at The National WWII Museum in New Orleans, brings us the story of The Four Chaplains painting by Nils Hogner. The painting illustrates the hectic evacuation of the transport ship Dorchester after it was attacked by a German U-Boat in February of 1943. This is one of the artifacts you can find in the Museum’s final permanent exhibit hall, the Liberation Pavilion.
