Boeing 367-80 Stratoliner Model | FROM THE COLLECTION

Cory Graff, Curator & Restoration Manager at The National WWII Museum in New Orleans, brings us a closer look at a Boeing “Jet Stratoliner” chrome and steel desktop model. The design of the Model 3670-80 was inspired by German war planes and hasn’t seen many changes in the last 60+ years. This is one of the artifacts you can find in the Museum’s final permanent exhibit hall, Liberation Pavilion.

Liberation Pavilion explores the end of World War II, the Holocaust, the postwar years, and how the war continues to impact our lives today.
