From the Collection to the Classroom
From the Collection to the Classroom is a multimedia resource for teaching middle and high school students the history of World War II. Current volumes available: The War in the Pacific and The War in Europe.
STEM LEARNING AT THE MUSEUM
Since 2012, the Museum has engaged students and teachers through innovative educational programs that target history and STEM topics together. The Museum’s STEM programs use tactile experiments to demonstrate real wartime challenges and technological solutions, teach contemporary relevance, and improve 21st century skills.
Continuing Professional Development from The National WWII Museum
Join us at noon on the second Tuesday of each month as Museum staff from the WWII Media and Education Center release recorded presentations designed for teachers. These presentations, designed to aid in the use of our curricular resources, will feature different teaching strategies and pedagogical approaches for the physical and virtual classroom.
