Buchenwald Trial Case Booklet | FROM THE COLLECTION

Buchenwald Trial Case Booklet | FROM THE COLLECTION

The National WWII Museum’s Senior Curator and Director of Curatorial Affairs, Kim Guise, details the contents of a case booklet for a trial against operating leaders at the Buchenwald concentration camp. The United States, along with other military governments, carried out tribunals to bring Nazi perpetrators to justice. This is one of the artifacts you can find in the Museum’s final permanent exhibit hall, Liberation Pavilion.

Liberation Pavilion explores the end of World War II, the Holocaust, the postwar years, and how the war continues to impact our lives today.
