Uncle Sam wants you! Discover how the different branches of the US Armed Forces have impacted World War II and history up to today. Campers will engage in STEM inquiry and innovation exploration, develop team-building skills, explore Museum exhibits, and use their physical and mental skills to complete daily challenges.

Registration Fees:

  • All campers will receive full coverage of camp registration fees thanks to support from The Boeing Company. This camp will be application-based. Applications will go live on Friday, February 27, for Members and Monday, March 2, for nonmembers. If you would like to be considered, please complete the application in full by March 27, 2026. You will be notified of the status of your application by April 15, 2026.

Drop-Off and Pickup Details:

  • Drop-off is between 8:45 a.m. and 8:55 a.m. at the main entrance of Louisiana Memorial Pavilion on Andrew Higgins Boulevard. Museum staff will greet your child and accompany them to the classroom camp area. Early drop-off is not available.
  • Pickup is between 2:45 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. A car line will be formed at the main entrance of Louisiana Memorial Pavilion on Andrew Higgins Boulevard. Families will be given a card to display in their front windshield to identify their camper. If a child needs to be picked up early or misses the car line pickup window, the child’s family must park and come inside the Museum. Aftercare pickup between 3:15 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. is available for an additional fee.
  • Campers must be signed out by a parent or guardian; no camper will be allowed to leave the Museum unaccompanied at the end of the camp day.
