Recommended for scouts ages 10-16

Step into the shoes of our nation’s lawmakers and law-shapers to discover how laws and democracy keep our nation strong—and how you can play a part! Scouts will engage in a variety of activities to demonstrate how each branch of government functions and how lawyers help shape our government.

This workshop covers some of the requirements for the following badges:

  • Democracy (Juniors, Cadettes, and Seniors)
  • Law (Boy Scouts)

The number of participants for each workshop will be limited and advance registration is required, so reserve your spot now! For more information, please contact Justen Eason, Youth and Family Engagement Manager, at youthprograms@nationalww2museum.org or 504-528-1944 x 782.
