Team One is led by Chef Natasha St. Pierre Clement. Born and raised where the sugarcane sweetens the crawfish tails, she was a former contestant on Master Chef season six and winner of the Food Network’s All-Star Academy season two under the tutelage of Chef Robert Irvine. Chef Natasha is a private chef and owner of the LaPlace-based catering company Sophisticated Southern Plates. She will be teaming up with New Orleans-born, Ascension Parish-raised Chef Amy Sins. The competition will be judged by Executive Chef Jeremie Janise of The American Sector Restaurant & Bar joined by historian Charles Chamberlain, PhD, and Harriet Robin of the New Orleans School of Cooking.
