The Pelican State Goes to War: Louisiana in World War II

Join exhibit curator James Linn as he introduces and explains the process of creating the Museum’s newest special exhibition, The Pelican State Goes to War: Louisiana in World War II.

Artifact donors and their families will be joining James to share their experiences and memories of Louisiana during wartime. The exhibit will be on display in the Museum’s Joe W. and Dorothy D. Brown Foundation Special Exhibit Gallery from July 21, 2017, to April 29, 2018. A reception precedes the presentation, and the exhibition will be open for viewing throughout the evening.
