Leadership Programs

Leadership Programs

During World War II, strong leadership was crucial at every level of the Allied cause. Effective leaders inspired their teams, made critical decisions under immense pressure, mobilized nations, and navigated complex military campaigns. They directly influenced the strategies, outcomes, and overall course of the conflict—and ultimately shaped the fate of the postwar world.

Their leadership skills and values are as relevant today as they were then, and we are proud to offer special programs that take these lessons beyond the pages of history books and into the boardroom, the classroom, or the military theater.

Lectures and Presentations

Focusing on selected case studies from the battlefield and the Home Front, we provide a forum for executives, managers, and other professionals to address their most challenging leadership issues and help them build stronger teams.

Staff and Terrain Rides

Our staff and terrain rides focus on the tactical, operational, and strategic elements of WWII battlefield experiences and apply them to modern military situations. They are particularly relevant for military and government groups. Specially curated tours led by expert historians will immerse participants in WWII scenarios and set the stage for an interactive examination and discussion of selected battles, the factors that resulted in victory or loss, and how these experiences are relevant to contemporary warfare.

Teambuilding Exercises

Improve communication, enhance collaboration, and develop your team’s problem-solving skills with our WWII-inspired teambuilding exercises.
