The Museum marked Memorial Day 2018 with midday music and a ceremony, then joined the national moment of silence at 3:00 p.m. All events took place in the US Freedom Pavilion: The Boeing Center.
Master of ceremonies Bill Detweiler introduced the invited guests and welcomed Museum visitors—including several WWII veterans. Those in attendance were joined online by viewers tuning in via Livestream.com/nww2m and Facebook.
