After 15 years as a historian at The National WWII Museum, Seth Paridon has accepted a position as Deputy Director of the Mississippi Armed Forces Museum at Camp Shelby.
In anticipation of Tropical Storm Cristobal approaching the Louisiana coast line, the Museum will be closed on Sunday, June 7 and Monday, June 8.
After temporarily closing its doors on March 13, 2020 to protect the health and safety of visitors, staff and volunteers, The National WWII Museum will officially reopen to the public on Memorial Day, May 25, 2020.
Bringing The National WWII Museum experience into classrooms and homes across the country has been a key part of our educational initiatives since 2005.

With the onset of COVID-19, the American public is facing an invisible enemy that is changing whole aspects of our lives.
The National WWII Museum remains temporarily closed, but our work continues online.
