National World War II Museum dedicates U.S. Freedom Pavilion
After temporarily closing its doors on March 13, 2020 to protect the health and safety of visitors, staff and volunteers, The National WWII Museum will officially reopen to the public on Memorial Day, May 25, 2020.
A dozen years after the opening of the institution that would become The National WWII Museum, President and CEO Nick Mueller spoke to a Junior Achievement Hall of Fame banquet on “The American Spirit: What Does It Mean?”
The 17th International Conference on World War II, a program of the Jenny Craig Institute for the Study of War and Democracy at The National WWII Museum, was presented by the Pritzker Military Foundation on behalf of Pritzker Military Museum & Library, with additional support from the Gen. Raymond E. Mason Jr. Distinguished Lecture Series on World War II Endowment Fund and the George P. Shultz Forum on World Affairs.
