Gaynell Brady served as the Public Engagement and Community Program Coordinator at The National WWII Museum in New Orleans. Gaynell has an MA in Museum Studies and undergraduate degree in history from Southern University at New Orleans. Gaynell coordinates Lunchbox Lectures, Commemorations, Knit Your Bit, Reel History Film Screenings, and Community Outreach under the guidance of the Assistant Director of Public Programs. When she is not working at the Museum, she spends her time researching family history and volunteering in the community. Past professional experiences include National Park Service-Jean Lafitte National Historical Park & Preserve, New Orleans Jazz National Historical Park, Louisiana State Museum, and River Road African American Museum.
