New Orleans Lakefront Airport was the setting for three full October days of aircraft and land-vehicle displays, PT-305 dockside tours, WWII veteran interviews, a Gary Sinise Foundation Soaring Vaor visit from WWII veterans teamed with high school students, Kid Zone activities, 1940s entertainment from BB's Stage Door Canteen favorites the Victory Belles and Spencer Racca, and all-day family fun surrounded by living history.
