Cub Scout/Boy Scout Day 2018

Awesome turnout for this annual event!

More than 1,000 Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, parents, Leaders, little brothers and sisters, and big brothers and sisters visited the Museum on Saturday, January 27. In addition to taking part in special activities organized specifically for the Scouts, participants toured our galleries and exhibits, met WWII veterans, and learned about the American experience in the war that changed the world. They followed by one week an equally enthusiastic group of Girl Scouts to the Museum's campus

Thanks to all who attended, thanks to all the accompanying adults who helped make these great days possible, and special thanks to the Museum staff and volunteers who planned and executed such busy, stimulating, learning-rich days for our young guests.

See you again soon!
