Thanks to all who attended the 10th International Conference on World War II. Panels and presentations, signings and socializing -- the Conference is an annual New Orleans convening of hundreds of WWII scholars, students, and enthusiasts. Starting in US Freedom Pavilion: The Boeing Center on the Museum campus for a prelude Symposium (which this year carried the theme "Hitler in History"), the gathering then moved to the Hyatt Regency New Orleans for two more stimulating days of interplay between WWII authors and their audience. All of the Conference sessions are archived at Livestream.com/nww2m for free replay, and check ww2conference.com regularly in coming weeks for news of next year's Conference. See you there!
Below, watch the Conference's opening keynote address by Museum Samuel Zemurray Stone Senior Historian Robert M. Citino. The topic is his most recent book, The Wehrmacht's Last Stand:The German Campaigns of 1944-1945. Shop the Museum Store to purchase a signed copy.
