THEATER & AV SYSTEMS MANAGER The Theater & AV Systems Manager will manage and operate the museum’s multi-sensory theater (the Solomon Victory Theater) and the Audio Visual equipment for live and recorded entertainment in the Stage Door Canteen Theater and other Museum venues. The Theater & AV Systems Manager is directly responsible for theater operations, training theater operators, and the technical readiness of the facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in theater operations, computer technology, audio visual technology and multi-sensory theater technology.
- 3 – 5 years experience with multi-sensory theater technologies.
- Ability to research problems quickly and resolve issues with minimal direct supervision.
- In-depth knowledge of large venue video & audio systems.

WEB COORDINATOR Web Coordinator reports to the Interactive Media Manager and is responsible for day-to-day content management and change requests across Museum websites, displays, kiosks, and other interactive channels.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Communications, Public Relations, Fine Arts, Design, or related field, or 5+ years experience in interaction design, content management, or other web production position. Fluent standards-based web design skills & front-end coding ability is MANDATORY. Applicants considered must be able to write valid HTML/CSS with speed and accuracy. CMS experience with tools like Convio, Wordpress, ExpressionEngine, etc. is also required. Web development, applications development, and iPhone development experience is a plus. ONSITE SALES MEMBERSHIP COORDINATOR The National WWII Museum is seeking an Onsite Sales Membership Coordinator who will be responsible for selling memberships throughout the Museum campus. The position requires a self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment with multiple departments to coordinate the sale of memorial bricks and assist with special promotions. The successful applicant must be outgoing and comfortable approaching Museum visitors with the intention of completing a sale. In addition, applicants must have excellent customer service skills with the ability to respond to customer complaints and comments diplomatically. Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 3 years sales experience. While this is a sales position, there is some administrative work involved. Work days are Wednesday through Sunday and willingness to work a flexible schedule that goes beyond a 40-hour work week – including evenings and special events not part of regular schedule – are a plus. MEMBERSHIP COORDINATOR - PATRIOT'S CIRCLE In partnership with the Director of Patriots Circle & Membership Programs, the Membership Coordinator will work in a team environment to ensure that the Museum continues to grow national Patriots Circle and Charter Membership. This is a vital position within the department that requires a dedicated independent worker with an understanding of fundraising procedures and goals. Primary duties include responsibility for the planning and execution of the Museum’s Patriots Circle program components including, but not limited to: member acquisition mailings and visits, renewal mailings, membership benefit fulfillment, stewardship activities, event planning and execution, and identification of high-end membership prospects.
