PERMANENT EXHIBITS:
Currently, The National WWII Museum’s permanent Normandy and Pacific D-Day Galleries reflect the Museum’s roots as The National D-Day Museum, focusing on amphibious landings during the war. In 2004, Congress designated the Museum as The National WWII Museum; since then the Museum has focused on expanding not only physically with the addition of several new wings, but also with broadening the historical content addressed throughout our current and upcoming permanent exhibits.
