The National World War II Museum provides an entertaining and inspirational choice of venues for meeting and event planners. The facility is designed to accommodate small meetings, large receptions, seated dinners, as well as business presentations and corporate hospitality. From your own USO show to a South Pacific Luau, a swing dance or an elegant 1940s-themed dinner in Casablanca, the Museum delivers the best impressions and lasting memories.
World-class exhibitions carry guests on a journey from the American Home Front to the beaches of Normandy to Berlin, from the attack on Pearl Harbor to distant shores in the Pacific Ocean. Since the Grand Opening on June 6, 2000, the Museum has had more than 1.5 million visitors pass through its doors. Due to the time constraints of conference attendees - meetings or events are often the only opportunity they have to experience this one-of-a-kind Museum.
The Museum offers a wide range of additional services such as decor, audio/visual, entertainment and other services quoted upon receipt of specifications. Turn key services are available. An event manager as well as internal and external security will be on site for the duration of your event. The extensive exhibits are open exclusively for your group to explore.
The digitally-enabled multi-media facility, which can show everything from a graphic sales presentation to a feature film, is one of only 40 facilities in the world with an array of equipment that spans technology from the golden age of cinema to today’s modern digital theater equipment. In addition to the four-story atrium of the Louisiana Memorial Pavilion, the Museum can accommodate auditorium-style events in the Solomon Victory Theater, the Stage Door Canteen, The American Sector, the Malcolm S. Forbes Theater, Orientation Center or the USS Arizona or USS Missouri Conference Rooms, perfect for film, video, PowerPoint or other media-based presentations.
