Are there any additional charges for purchasing tickets via your website?
There is no additional fee to purchase tickets online.
Does your ticketing server utilize a secure connection to protect my credit card information?
Yes. The ticketing system we use has a standard secure 128 bit encryption.
I want to purchase tickets for Beyond All Boundaries or the Stage Door Canteen but the showtime is not listed. Why is this?
Generally, advance sale tickets are available about 60 days ahead of time. If a show time is not listed on our website, that showing is not necessarily sold out. We reserve a block of seats for each showing for walk-up visitors. Please try selecting another show time on the date of your visit.
After I enter my credit card info, I receive an error message. What’s the problem?
You may have made an error typing in your credit card information or entered information in the wrong format.
- The credit card number should be entered without dashes, hyphens or spaces in between the numbers. (For example: 12345678901234)
- The billing address and zip code must match the card number on file with the credit card company. If it does not match, the transaction won’t be approved. Remember to enter the billing address (street or box number), zip code, city and state exactly as it appears on your monthly statement.
- The name on the card must match the name as it is printed on the credit card exactly.
- If all of this fails and it still doesn’t work, please try a different credit card and/or call your credit card company to inquire if there are any problems with your account.
I got to the sales confirmation screen, hit the button, and my screen went blank and nothing happened. Did my purchase go through?
The connection to the ticketing system will time out after 20 minutes. As a general rule: If the “Order Confirmation” message does not appear, the sale did not go through. Another way to see if a transaction went through is to check the e-mail address you entered to see if you got a ticket purchase confirmation e-mail. If neither of these events happened, then your sale did not go through and your credit card was not charged. We suggest trying your purchase again.
I am not able to print out the confirmation page. How do I pick up my tickets?
Tickets can be picked up at the box office. Just ensure you have the confirmation number with you.
I want to purchase a large number of tickets. Is there a way to purchase more than 10 at a time?
Yes. You are limited to purchasing 10 tickets at a time online. If you need to purchase more than that, you can do so by contacting our Group Sales Department at (877) 813-3329 x222.
I read through all of the FAQ’s about purchasing tickets online and I still need some help. Whom do I contact?
You can contact our Visitor Services office at (877) 813-3329 x242. They are available 7 days a week (Monday through Sunday) during normal business hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm CST.
