Capturing some
of the most dramatic moments of the invasion, Snapshots of D-Day
will feature over 100 photographic images of combat on the
beaches and in the hedgerows of Normandy. Making use of US Army
Signal Corps, US Coast Guard and US Navy photographs as well as
photos taken by individuals, this exhibit will include well known images and images that have never before been displayed in public.
