Chef John Besh, who is known for his playful twists on classic dishes, has planned a homey but imaginative menu representative of World War II-era America, with an understandably Southern bent. In all his work, his restaurants, his life, John Besh has a passion for preserving the cultural heritage of Louisiana, and reviving all that is best of our country’s culinary history. At The American Sector, his patriotism goes a step further: it honors The Greatest Generation with the food of its own golden age.

Free Parking is available to American Sector and Stage Door Canteen patrons after 3:00pm on our Magazine Street parking lot, between Poeyfarre and Andrew Higgins.
