In Memory of John E. Kushner

The Museum mourns the loss of a dedicated champion, philanthropist and Board of Trustee member, Mr. John Kushner. John has been involved with the museum since its inception and has been instrumental in moving the museum from a concept to a reality.

His generosity is legendary around the museum to staff and volunteers alike, having secured several macro artifacts and new donors. His keen business acumen is renowned in the local and national real estate worlds and he was a major proponent for building the museum in the New Orleans Warehouse District.

He was a dear friend and dedicated patron and he will be sorely missed. We extend our deepest condolences to his family.
